THE CLIENT
Dr. Vince Clinical Research (DVCR) is a full-service contract research organization (CRO) specializing in early phase trials. I did this work while I was working at DVCR.

THE CHALLENGE
DVCR hosted a webinar titled "How AI Accelerates Clinical & Drug Development Timelines," aiming for 400 to 500 registrations. Having only conducted one previous webinar with 100 registrants, DVCR also sought to enhance brand awareness and establish itself as a thought leader in the industry.

THE APPROACH
I developed a comprehensive campaign plan that utilized omnichannel marketing strategies, incorporating social media, email, and website promotions. This resulted in over 500 registrations.
WEBSITE
I designed a homepage banner promoting the webinar, which linked to a dedicated landing page with more details. A key conversion goal was to drive traffic to this landing page, maximizing engagement and sign-ups.


SOCIAL MEDIA
I developed three LinkedIn posts—two static images and one video—that were run as paid ads to drive interest and webinar registrations. These ads contributed to around 50% of the total registrations brought in by DVCR.
